Not receive pan card

Dear sir/madam

I am in receipt of your letter under reference and I would like to inform you that I have applied for Pan Card on date 4/2.and two time i have given complaint application for it

I regret to inform you that I have yet not received my Pan Card while going through UTI website. I have found that my Pan Card is not issued & dispatched to head maidherpura post-office of surat because I checked main @area post office and their officer said that your pancard aren’t dispatched here by UTI TECHNOLOGY SERVICE LTD.
