I am a consumer bearing No. 3954 registered with Panchkula Gas Service, Sector 17, Panchkula. I booked my gas on 17.07.2008 and delivery of the filled cylinder was given on 10.08.2008. when I went for booking of the another gas cylinder keeping in view the earlier delivery period, the said gas service distributor refused to book the same and asked to come again after lapse of 20 days from the date of earlier delivery. In case, present situation is allowed to prevail in that event, we would not be able to support our kitchen and there will be a gap of more than 40 days and as per our consumption pattern a cylinder lasts 25 days.
In view of the above, kindly pass necessary instruction to the above distributor for booking of our cylinder and delivery thereof.
