Eplacement of nokia n72

Sir,

I had purchased my nokia n72 - 5 Black 512Mb on 11.07.2008 from Nokia Priority SCO 42, Sec-11, Pkl., Haryana. Its EMI No. is 355721020099760.

After three months there was a problem in my handset regarding bluetooth which was not working. They told me to report the same in sec-7 pkl. and to provide them the job sheet they give. They called me and told there is the problem in motherboard and PCB. They told me the handset would be returned in 15 days and they would call me. So after fifteen days I went in Sec-11 pkl. for the handset on 17 nov-08. But they told to come on 19th. But still not. They returned on 21st. Rt. on that 9t I found that the receiver end was unable to listen the voice. In morning when I had to left out for my exam I requested them to submit the phone at 8 am. But they told me handing over the slip to go again for sec-7 pkl. which was to be opened at 8.30 a.m. Please look for the concerned matter. I am unable to go there. I request you to replace my handset with the new one as there is still a problem in themes (defaulted one replaces the previous one) and the speakers along with their said out problem in motherboard and PCB. I hope for the early reply.
