I had purchased a Parryware shower panel in June for a newly rennovated bathroom. The rennovation was completed inSeptember. In the month of October, the overhead shower was fallng apart. The small plastic parts came out of the overhead shower and became dysfunctional.
From OCtober I have conacted the dealer, Gupta Enteprise in GK and Parryware and have spokenwith several people from Parryware, including some Mr. Rao.
Last communication I had was in the month of May where I wasinformed that they will send some in next fe days. I also agreed to pay for the part.
With Regret, no one has even bothered to show up.
