I have applied for my passport with Pune Passport Office on 18-10. I have not recieved my passport till date even after sending 2 reminders to [email protected], the web site also doesn't have the record for it now, which was always showing that 'your application is in process' for almost 1 year. The police verification was also completed in 1 month time.
