Respected Sir,

I had applied of passport in the 16/01 at Guwahati Passport office having File no A-000789, The police verification was done twice. The Supdt of Police office office Tinsukia told that the Police report was alredy send to the passport office but while checking the passport office site there was noted the police verification report was not received. I had many times approch to the Passport office as well as to the Supdt. office but all in vain,

Please do the needful from your end & oblige.
