Passport
Passport not received

Hi,

My father and mother applied for passport on 03-Nov-08 and police enquiry has been completed in Dec. Still status is showing as " Police Report has been no Receive". Why it is so like this? i called the passport office they didn't respond well. How many days does it take to complete the process? can you please help me how to get the exact status of their passport?
