With due respect I beg to say that I had applied an application for passport on 07-01 & my file reference no. is LKOA00475608.Yet I did not recieved my passport. Earlier all respective requirement regarding document etc. have been submitted. Later I have also submitted a non judicial affidavit regarding that earlier I have not recieved any Passport. So, please take necessary action so that I can recieve my passport as soon as possible.
