Passport Issue

Respected Sir,

I Bharat Prasad resident of Gopalganj, Bihar have applied for the passport on 26th Dec file number:- W213347, I have recieved the passport on 24th March but with wrong address like present address and permanent address is mixed. I have recieved the passport luckly. When i spoke to the passport officer at Patna Passport office as per him i was supposed to submit the Passport along with the application. I did the same on 24th April and was asured that i'll be recieving the same within 15 Days. After 15 Days on 19th May i enquired about the same the passport officer says there was mistake from my end. I have mentioned the wrong address. I will have to reapply for the same with fresh application and appliation fee. Now a new story. When ever i talked to him, every time he spoked to me in a harsh manner. He is not there to help people he is there to give troubles to the people who are applying for the passport.

Please help for the same.
