With due respect, I, Barun Kumar Dey want to state that I had applied for my passport in the month of March (FILE NO.- A003936, DATED - 07-03) at Guwahati Regional Passport Office at Beltola. But unfortunately, till now i haven`t received my passport yet. When i checked the status of my passport it showed (Police Report has not been received). Then I visited the police station and submitted the required documents and after verification when it came to submit the report to the passport office they somehow misplaced it. And after repeated enquiry they were unable to find and submit the report.
So please let me know what i need to do in order to get my passport as early as possible..
