Non receipt of passport

Dear sir,

I have applied through HPO in Jamshedpur for international passport of My Spouse Mrs. barnali Baral vide receipt No. EE249389166IN, dated 07.08.2009. The file No. is JSRW11092609, KEY NO. 9711092609. i HAVE SUBMITTED the demand draft having no. 037408. But neither any police enquiry ocurred, nor any information is received from your end. As a result, the passport is not received. I am very anxious about it. Please provide me the status of the same.
