DELAY OF PASSPORT

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 12.08.2009 at Regional Passport office, cochin, Kerala. Police Verification Done. Even After Three month from the date of application, I don't get my passport. When i enquired at the passport office cochin, the police verification report is not yet received there. Now i get a chance to go abroad. Please check it out the matter as early as possible. Hope you will do the needfull in the matter.
