I have applied for a Passport vide Reference No: MDU-Z192831-08 on december 22.My Police Verification was done on January 18.In the month of July i received a letter from the passport office-Madurai requesting me to submit an fresh EAP Form. I submitted the same in the month of August but of no Use. On myn last visit to the Madurai Passport office on december 03 i got an confirmation from the passport officer that my passport will reach me in another 10 days.but till now not received. Kindly look into this complaint and arrange to issue the Passport at the earliest.
