Passport
Not issueing passport

Respected sir

I have applied for passport on 09th Dec at Eluru W.G.Dt. On the name of Gubbala Venkata Lakshmi. D/O Veeravalli Narasimhamurthy. H.NO.6-66. Kannaigudem, Paatha kalva, Mogalthur, W.G.DT. The file no is Z 011072. After 3 months I went to Eluru to identify the C no. 01/PARC/W.G.Dt./ 15th Jan. Now 4 months completed. Still now I didnt recieve any message from Vizag passport office. So I request you to kindly take a needful action to relieve my passport as soon as possible.
