I, neha saxena, working since last two years in Gurgaon. My hometown is Rampur in UP hence i have applied for a passport in april' 2008 at Bareilly passport office. One inquiry has been done at my permanent residential address of Rampur. The second inquiry has also been done at my official address of Gurgaon. The application was sent to the Bareilly office and the officials made an objection regarding my Local Residential address of gurgaon which was initially not mentioned in the passport form. After that I have submitted the proof for my residential address of gurgaon in the police station as desired. But the inquiry for my residential address is still awaited. When i went to the passport office (mini secretariat) gurgaon to know the status of my inquiry, the officials have told me that they have send the file to Bareilly passport office without any inquiry. Now I have filled the PP form & submitted it to the Bareilly Passport office. It has been 15 days for the same and my inquiry is still awaited. Please suggest the possible solution as passport is urgently needed.
