Hi.i am using 9614112874 this aircel number for 3 months am using this number from 11th nov.i have activated the dialer tune service on nov.but i did not want to continue this service. so i decided to deactivate the servive.i called customer care. They tell me the process called a number Rs5/min and i deactivate it. But still the service was active. Then i again called customer care. They told me that, the service is still active to your number and also told me to call the number again and deactivate it.i did it. But it was still active. Then i again called repeated it for 5 times. Total Rs45 was deducted from my account. And whenever i called customer care they tell me to call that number and deactivate it.
Please help me. The service is still active to my number.
