I had recharged my Aircel mobile with a SMS rate cutter on 4th JAN but after few days it wasnt working and messages were charged from my main balance. I talked to the customer care executive and the proolem got corrected within 72 hours as promised by the company. But after few days the same problem happened again and I complained to the customer care (9804012345) at complaint no.-P002686763 on 20-01-09. i was promised that the problem will be looked upon in 72 hours but even after that nothing was done. I complained again on 23-01-09, my complaint no. being P002727400. Now 72 hours have passed after my last complaint and nothing has been done yet.
I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and ensure that my sms voucher is activated and i get a fair compensation.
