Delay in passport

Respected sir,

I'm lakhvinder singh. I' ve already applied the

passport frm jammu. on 11-7, Police and C.I.D verification is already completed 2 months back but till now I' ve not yet received my passport.due to delay in passport i have unable to go abroad for higher studies in sep-oct session.now again i have to apply for january session .with out passport i cannot apply...

please send my passport immediately without any delay.
