Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for the passport from Jaunpur office in 2008 after which a police verification was done two times in my home town, Jaunpur. But I haven't recieved my passport till date and not any information either. Plz look into this matter and provide a quick solution as I need to travel abroad for company project very soon.
