Charged 30 INR for a service deactivated in previous bill cycle

Hi,

I am a AIRCEL Postpaid customer.

I availed a service called KNOW YOUR ENGLISH @ 30 INR/month.

7th FEB - I raised a request to deactivate the service. I was assured that it will be deactivated in 48 hrs.

10th FEB - I called the customer care again asking why it wasn't deactivated. They raised a Complaint number saying that they will look into it.By this time I have insisted on the point that my Feb month Bill cycle which starts on 15th FEB shouldn't carry this service.

Again came the 48 Hrs follow up on deactivation PROMISE.

12th FEB-I called up again another Complaint number was raised and it was promised that it will be deactivated before the FEB month bill cycle date.

19th MARCH-I got a bill which shows that AIRCEL is charging me 30 INR for Know your English (for a service I haven't used that month)

I called the customer care again.

23rd MARCH- I got one more complaint number.

29th MARCH-AIRCEL Customer care stopped taking my calls.

30th MARCH-12:00 AM- My call was taken and another 48 hr promise came in and it was said that my 30 INR error in billing will be corrected SINCE KNOW YOUR ENGLISH got deactivated on 14th FEB (a day before my Bill Cycle date 15 FEB)

Today 31st MARCH- I paid my bill amount minus 30INR, still waiting for a confirmation from them in a way other than word of mouth.

MY KIND ADVICE:

AIRCEL this is for you... Stop using DHONI and SURIYA as brand ambassadors.

START USING POLITICIANS or even my Team Leade
