i m kewal kumar from jammu i am using aircel my no. is 9697560182... aircel proide rs 98/- month unlimited gprs service i have recharge my cell with rs 98 and send message for gprs activation i get gprs setting but when i open wap services after 2 sec it show error message packet data connection not available... i have call customer care many time but they not solve my problem and told me that they send my complain to gprs department and they callback in within 24hrs but after 10 days i have not got any callback plz help me... thnks
