Dear Sir,
I sent my passport for renewal at CGI at SFO on February 24th. As per their website, only 10 business days needed for the passport renewal process. But in my case, I have not received my passport and its almost one month after the submission took place. They replied me stating that they are waiting for clearance from Chennai RPO. I tried to contact Chennai passport office several times, but nobody respond over emails and phone calls. What a pity place is that! I couldn't understand why a Govt. office behaves like that. Everyday I called up Consulate General's office, San francisco and getting the same reply that they didn't get any response from Chennai RPO.Why they delaying the process? Please take any action to get my passport renewed?
