I could not call any mumbai vodafone number. I called their cutomer care (can't call them that as they do not really care) 3 times and on an average must have been on hold for 15 min. The last time i was kept on hold for 35 min. Every time i called them I got the same response "your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs". Now it is 7 days old but it is till now not resolved. In short Aircel has the WORST service. DO NOT GO FOR AIRCEL.
