Poor signal and slow internet

Hey sir actually, in gurgaon there network is terrifyng. You have to go out on road to talk. No signal inside home or office any where in gurgaon. Signal bars are falling automatically and speed of GPRS is just 2 Kbps where as company claims to be 25 Kbps...

Urgent help will be appreciated.
