Hi

my name is siddarth.my no. is 9768334067.i have taken a aircel card and i activated a gprs of rs 98.on 1st of 8 days the speed is good than afer 8days it has been disconnected i have given complaint.they tell me there is network issue technical fault.after the last 5 days of due date of that gprs it works but speed is slow .regularly i given a compliant my due date is over.after i call customer care they tell me u r gprs due date is over.first u acyivate aservice than call i have started a service on 2nd day till to that i am calling now also but my service is not resolved they r telling me u r problem will solve at 48 hrs or 24 hrs but not aome time the gprs is diconnecting and the speed is opening for one page 8 to 10 minutes pls help me i am tired to given a complaint.i send a mail also to aiircel.pls help me to resolve the problem
