Yesterday been to Shakar pur passport office to submit my passport documents.
As mentioned on the notice board that the time for accepting the forms are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. But none of the passport office employee was there.
Ofiice was opened at 9:17 AM. Than other employees stareted arriving there and started their personal talks.
Than inchargre of that office came after 9:20 AM. After shouting they started work, but their computer guy was absent and these people did not know how to
start the computers...
Than office incharge started calling to some computer operator to start the work.
Other ladies those are available there don't the passport rules and regulations... for every instruction she were scrolling the instruction details...
This was the perfect example of Indian passport office and how they teasing the people.
More over for them there is no value of time for them.
Please take some action against this passport office and their staff.
