Getting bill even after disconnecting the number about 2 months ago

I have disconnected my Aircel number by visiting the Himyathnagar branch in Hyderabad of Aircel about 2 months ago. This I did after paying for 3 months of bill even without even making a single call from that number. Their service is very very poor. Not a single call I was able to make properly with that number. So I disconnected the number. But even after disconnecting the number 2 months ago I got the bill last month. I visited their store at Himayathnagar and their they waivered the bill last month and then they promised me that I won't be getting any call regarding the bill or cancellation and not even a bill from next time. But today i.e., 5th September I got the bill asking me to pay an amount of Rs. 182 and moreover I was getting calls from Aircel last month. And these people will call us anytime and enquire about bill and other stuff, it is very embarassing to take such calls during our office hours. Please advice and help me regarding this.
