I m ashish marmat i m a aircel customer my mobile no. Is 9768961249 on 20th august i received a call from that "sir i m calling from aircel as you are our new customer and you are the luckiest customer so aircel is giving you a free caller tune and nothing will be charged no rental or any downloading charges first i said no but that guy told me please sir select caller tune company is providing you for free then i asked that is there any hidden charges he told not a single paise will be deducted from your account and suppose in future caller tune rental will be charged before deduction we will ask you if you want to or not but next day my 30 rupees was deducted and after that till now i have complained 8 times to customer care i even talked to their team leader named shaikh abbas 3 times but every time they asked me sir give us 1 chance this time we will solve your problem but again the same thing sir wait so i m requesting you plz help me regarding this issue
