POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE OFFERSS

Aircel keeps on informing me about offers and new schemes through sms like full time offer on Rs 110 vouchers and so on.but after recharging for several times I havent got full talk time yet. To sort out this problem whenever I am calling Aircel customer service, they are not responding. It seems they are not aware of the answers and therefore disconnect the call and bar me from calling them again. They dont care to solve customer's queries rather cheat with false offers.

Kindly look into this matter.
