Forcing to buy hot plate with gas connection

Hello Sir,

I have been allotted with gas connection on 9/9 booking no.198. But above mentioned gas agency is forcing to buy hot plate. I do not want to buy hot plate. I have approached the gas agency many times but I did not get any positive response. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
