Many ryots are being put to hardships by the concerned at MRO/RDO offices at Tadepalligudem. The concerned staffs are not issuing new Pattadar Passbooks to he applicants citing lame excuses like, not having stock, etc. The ryots are thus put to quandary and unable to raise loans in the absence of title books to their agriculture lands.
Action may be taken to release the new passbooks from the collector's office in Eluru to Tadepalligudem and other Mandals on urgent basis to alleviate the problems of small agriculturists.
