Dialer tone activated on its own

Dear sir

last evening a dialer tone was automatically activated on my no. 9716775160 without my request for the same. I have reported the same to the aircel customer care and my complaint no. is 1-1219790341.

kindly remove that dialer tone and add-back the then deducted 30 Rs.
