Hi this is nitin i want to bring it to everyones notice that pearline resort is a cheat. I had gone with my wife for a weekend trip to Dahanu and decided to stay at Pearline beach resort. They had several options for stay there was a room which was priced at rs750 that had no A/C, then there were Rs1000 room which had A/c, and then there was a sea facing room which had a balcony and was priced at rs1750 to our surprise the rs1000 rooms were full and then we got the Rs1750 for rs1500 for 2N/3D. The day when we checked in at 10am there was a power failure we were informed that there is a power cut daily for two hours only and they have a generator and a powerful backup to run the electricity. But to our surprise the power cut was frequent; fan and the lights were working but the a/c was down completely even after repeated reminders that the a/c isnt working there was no action taken. The staff did not have proper answer to any of our question. The quantity of food was poor and quality was not upto the mark. The whole day went in complaining to the staff.
In the evening after coming back from the beach at around 7.30pm the power went off again. We thought of checking out in other hotel if its the same with them as well. There was a hotel next to pearline named hotel beach classic after checking their rates which was much less than pearline and had better services plus no technical glitch; they had a strong power backup which could run the A/C as well. We were offered a super deluxe room that had a jaccuzi, laundry, room service for Rs1500 per night. After returning to pearline at 9.30pm still there was no electricity we thought of speaking to the manager or whoever was in charge of the place; we meet a man sitting at the restaurant, we tried explaining him what happened with us the whole day that guy was not ready to accept that something like that happened and said that we inform all our guest that there is a power cut daily for two hours we accepted but that was not the case. Inspite of regretting and apologizing to us mr ronny i suppose was the person name back answered and misbehaved. We got our balance money back but we felt so insulted and humiliated with the treatment that we got. Later day the lady in charge of the place called us up to say that we have to check out by 9am. The staff is fine but the people above them are shameless and do not deserve to run the resort they are sitting there to loot people and make money. Compared to pearline, Hotel Beach Classic was a better selection done by us. The service, food, accommodation, staff everything was perfect they delivered more than expected. They even went out of the way to prepare our favourite dish as well. So Pearline resort please wake up and improve yourself rather than proving other people wrong. My only greviance is i lost my Rs1500 for no reason to the resort. Hoping to get my hard earned money back.
