Your Ref: D3C/402340/498/LADEL00006679508 dt July 03 by Sri Anup Saha demanding an extra installment of Rs 18, 310.
My reply dt 24th July
Dear Sir,
-I will like to bring to your kind notice that all the installments against the above loan are already paid by my bankers by March.
- You however, informed me vide your said letter of July that one installment was overdue.
- Your letter further alleges that the said EMI was bounced
-My letter dt 24th July clarifies my position stating that there was no bouncing of an EMI as per my bankers and all your EMIs stand duly paid. I also requested you that if you have any doubt you must furnish me details of the bounced EMI. There is, however total silence from your side since then.
- From then on, your various offices and their numerous officials have been consistently phoning me and accusing me that I have enjoyed the loan but do not want to pay the same.
- They are also demanding the receipts and loan clearance certificate that you must have issued to me. In this respect I will like to inform you that in the history of last 5 years at least during which period I may have availed at least half a dozen personal or car loans from you details of a few such loans that were readily available are furnished below). While all the installments against most of these loans inclusive of the one under reference stand fully paid, I do not remember having received a single receipt or loan completion certificate against any of these loans. Possibly your esteemed organization has no such practice. I also never bothered, for I always considered to be in safe hands.
