PF amount not received its been more thn 3 years

I left the FLEXIONE organization in the year 2007 dated Dec-01 & since then I am waiting for my PF amt. The form was duly filled & submitted to the HR with correct details on time, & after the regress follow-up from the mail ID's [email protected] of Flexione & "SRO, Bommasandra, EPFO Ministry of Labour" [email protected], i received the two cheques "Form 19:Your claim is settled and the amount of Rs.18388/- vide ch no.729816 dt.27/10 & Form 10C: Your claim is settled and the amount of Rs.7897/- vide ch no.638368 dt.27/10, & both are made on the Wrong Account no. PF office has put "1" before "0" by there own in my A/C no. & made the chq in favor of the A/C which does not belong to anybody as ICICI bank A/C series starts with ZERO only, moreover there is no A/C no. in any of the bank which starts from "1" thn how come this error was made by PF office.

Again after the mail trail nothing has happened, so finally I planned to visit the Bangalore office dated 26th July where they asked me to submit the OLD Cheques & submit the chq renewal form signed by Flexione office, & same was done there only & submitted to the concern person. Now again its been 6 months I have not received my PF Amt.

kindly look into the matter on priority & help to get my PF amt. as its been 3yrs now I am struggling to get the same.
