Missing RCA cables in DSP2500 5.1 speaker system

Dear Sir,

I had purchased DSP2500 (5.1 speaker system) in November. When I opened the box, I was surprised to note that there were no RCA

cables in the box to connect the speakers with the DVD player.

I have already spoken to your customer service on 18001022929 many time but no use.

Yesterday I had spoken to a senior Guy Mr Deepak in your customer service and he assured me that my complaint will be resolved in 24

hours but still no action.

I again called philips today and spoke to Mr Gagan. I must tell you that he was the rudest person I have ever communicated in my life.

He did not bother to listen my complaint and kept me on hold for 20 minutes.. And after 20 minutes he started using abusing language on

my questions as to why have my complaint not been resolved so far.
