I would like to attantion about my Plilips DVD 3166 Player parches date 18/05 & Home Theatre SP 120 parches date 25/05 Complaint. I am Philips products customer. My name is Nitin Bhardwaj residance of F-85 Prem Nagar-I, Kirari, Nangloi New Delhi - 41.

1. DVD Player is not loading the DVD & CD.

2. Home Theatre screen is fluctuating every times.
