I bought Philps Water purifier in June. Last week, it did not switch on. We have repeated called the Call Centre 1 901 180 1111 but very poor response. Takes long time to reach them, even after reaching them, they repeatedly keep you on hold and do not give a proper response. It is now 5 days, this is not rectified, I am without water for 5 days. If you are thinking of buying this product, my recommendation is do not buy this. Abirami Appliance, Alwarper, the dealer refuses to deal with this. Do not buy from dealers who does not give you service promise
