Rs 30 TT not received Aircel

On 22-Aug, I received a message from Aircel which reads as;

" Aaj Rs 27 recharge me Rs 20 nahi Rs 30 ka talktime 500 (Local National sms) 30 din ke liye "

So, on the same date I recharged for Rs 27 and I got the free messages instantly but till now I have not received any amount of talktime..
