I bought Platina 125, Chassis No. MD2DDJKZZRWK0089, Engine No. 16342, Registration No. MH03AS0674 from Sai Service Agency on 7/2 (Current Odometer reading is 38 (kms). I was very happy and proud to own the bike. However all my joy turned into pain and anguish the next day as the bike would just not start.

I complained to Bajaj Workshop and Sai Service agency. Mechanic came and repaired this. But the Bike did not start. The Motor Bike has gone to the workshop two times in 2 days. The bike is handed over to me saying there was a minor fault and the needful has been done. Even now the Bike is in the workshop for repairs. I am sick and tired of this and I strongly request you to return my money and keep the vehicle.

I have lost all interest of owning a Bajaj bike as the experience has been a very bitter one.

I am also informing my bank to stop payment for the vehicle as the vehicle is faulty and I cannot accept and pay for a faulty and defective vehicle.

I expect that the payment of Rs. 18, 000.00 that I have made should also be returned as the transaction is not acceptable and nor have I received a new and perfectly working motorbike.

I am sure that an organisation like yours will be fair and just and not create any further anguish to me and my family and return my money and not compel me to approach the Consumer Court to get justice.
