I had admitted my daughter who is 1 year 10 months to the Play School by name Naughty Kids in T C Palya during the mid of October. The school asked us to pay the registration fees of 4, 500.My daughter was unwell and we decided that we will stop the schooling by end of October. She hardly attended 8 days of school.
Now when we approached the school for the refund of fees the school has not agreed to give any refund. It was written in the prospectus that fees will not be refunded but in this case my daughter hardly attended for few days only.
Is there any way I can get the refund here?
