I am an employee of AIrcel Kolkata and I have a payroll S/B account in Axis Bank "Saltlake Electronics Complex" branch--Kolkata. My Account No. is 319010100223096.
I was told by one of Axis Bank Executive "Mr. Sibeswar Sarkar" that I will get total 3 free transaction per month with the other bank ATM. But on 23-May-08 at 6.38PM I made a transaction from SBI ATM Habra and my balance was debited Rs.20. So pls look into this matter and refund me the mention balance as early as possible.
