I am an ex staff of the above company worked as Admn. executive looked after AIR DECCAN DESK of billing and other follow up work. I was asked to stop coming from 1st october by officiating in charge of the branch Mrs. Tulasi without giving any proper reason or notice in writing. As I do not wish for any confrontation I stopped going to office from 1st october. After waiting for 3 months, I have approached Regional Provident Fund office and collected forms for withdrawal of contributions made in my account and submitted the form thru the branch.
It is quite surprising that company of very high reputation did not remit the contribution of provident fund deducted from staff salary and contribution from employer also. This caused worry for us and approached Regional Provident Fund office, KRpuram and have come to know that commissioner had already sent notice to the company for non remittance.
Still the company is running its show operating the cars for hire to the Airlines company. Will my complaint be attended and arrange for the refund of contribution made to the provident fund.
Pls. inform me whether I should register complaint with Labour office and consumer forum as well for settlement.
