IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS HAVE NOT REACHED TO DESTINATION

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that two important documents were sent to Oklahoma, USA on 17.09.2009 from Serampore Post Office, Hooghly District under registered post having consignment numbers fgn-AIR-RLB 7264 and RLB 7265 in the name of my son Suvrajyoti Bandyopadhyay.

Till date those consignments have not been delivered to my son.

I went to Post offices several times to enquire about it but in vain I had to return. I also tired to track it online but there is no option available to track the registered post on the official website of India post (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).

I would request to please help me out in finding those consignments. I also request the concerned department/authorities to please arrange to deliver those important documents to my son in USA urgently.
