Airtel Digital TV - No Connectivity, Worse Service

My Airtel Digital Consumer id is 3011032907.
The connection is not working for the last 3 days. The screen is showing Error Code B001. I have been continuously trying to to get in touch with Airtel Digital Customer Care, but it is turning out to be a great harassment. As, first of all, it is almost impossible to get through their voice-recorded machine to the customer care executive. One has to keep trying throughout the day, and only, if you are lucky you will get a chance to talk to the customer care executive. Even if you talk to them, you won't get any solution to your problem but only more confusion and false promises from them. Two days back I was given assurance by them that this problem will be resolved in 24 hours, today, again, we are asked to wait for another 24 hours to get any answer from them.
NOW I WANT TO GET AIRTEL DIGITAL TV DISCONNECTED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED as well as A SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT.
WOULD ALSO SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT TO TAKE AIRTEL DIGITAL CONNECTION EVER TO AVOID HARASSMENT AND NON-RESPONSIVENESS FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER.
