Activating company service

Dear madam / sir,

my name is salman qureshi. i am a user of aircel sim .my mobile no. is 8883325860 .

i had balance in my sim 40 Rs. but at 24 november, aircel company has activated service named " Friends zone". and reduced 35 Rs. from my account balance.

so return my balance in my account and deactivate concern service.other wise i will take action.because this is not the first time i am suffering with this attitude of company, when ever i have more than 50 rs in my sim balance, company is activating some services and reducing my balance all times. so kindly look into the matter.
