I have ordered for a book from homeshop18 site. I applied to the change of address the day when I applied for the product. Now when I call the customer care to change the address they give tell me to send a mail regarding that to email@example.com. However I sent them more than 3 mails and even raised a ticket. No response or you could call action from their team. When I call to customer care, they said to tell me to call the courier service to change the address. However Aramax courier service of their needs a confirmation from homeshop18 again. So when I call them to send a confirmation mail to courier service, customer care again tell me to place a new order and not to receive the product which I order. I don't understand what sort of business and product they ship to us. Customer care guy tell me that their senior officials are busy to transfer the call or listen to any query. Wow, so awesome response isn't. Now I doubt even about the product they ship, is it good quality or not. And even doubt about the work.
Suggest you to improve your customer care team and a suggestion to your mail customer care to kick them out of the customer who never respond to the customer's mail or anything.
