Dear Head of UIDAI,

My appointment was fixed for 23/12 at 4pm to 5pm. I had fixed this appointment 1 month back, I have the acknowledgement slip also, but now today morning when I called your enrollment office, I got the reply that my appointment is cancelled. Is this the service you provide. We were waiting the whole month for this appointment, and suddenly my appointment is cancelled. I want the appointmet by 4pm anyhow. My details of appointment centre is Powai Passpoli Municipal School, Near Powai Garden, Baji Palaskar Marg, Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400072. Here in this appointment slip you have mentioned that (In case you are not able to keep the appointment, please call Aadhar Toll Free Number 1800- 180-1947. You may reschedule/cancel your appointment by visiting http://appointments.uidai.gov.in) But now you all have cancelled my appointment have you send any mail or given a call. You'll could have informed us earlier.

Your toll free no is not working...

Is the service provided by UIDAI??? The so called Govt of India...

Kindly do the needful.
