I am a subscriber of airtel digital tv having subscriber no. 3002186266. I had subscribed to HD channels pack. I had received a message stating that espn and star cricket would be replaced by Sony Six and Zee Studio w.e.f. 24.12.2012. But today all the hd channels have been blocked. Customer care is unable to help saying that they are unable to access the account. This is not the first time when the service has been stopped despite sufficient balance and customer care is unable to help. Still they call their customer care as platinum customer care.
