Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Kanesh Hari S/o Sh. R. Hari Das Resident 7/16, N.E.B. Housing Board, Alwar (Rajasthan). I had a IDEA Postpaid connection (9694093900) earlier and using the same from last 4-5 years and never been the defaulter in this long tenure.
Due to some problem i wished to convert the same into Prepaid. Then i went to the IDEA Office and there customer support person suggested the following formalities :
1. To clear all dues billed and unbilled amount.
2. To deposit 3 days advance rental for uninterrupted service.
3. To deposit amount for new SIM.
4. To deposit amount for validity.
5. To provide the ID Proof and Photograph.
And as per there instruction i have completed all the given formalities but my connection closed with immediate effect even after my 3 days advance rental and now my number is not is service anymore. When i asked them why my number closed even after 3 days advance rental. They had no explanations to tell. I had a several visit at IDEA office which affected my office works and my time. But no satisfaction at all.
I have made my maximum effort but till date i couldn't get the satisfactory answer from IDEA Office. And my connection is still out of service.
IDEA is a fraud company and its my request to all to do not take any connection from IDEA. There services are worst and no customer care support. The only thing they do is double cross the customers and mentally harass the peoples.
